Hypnotherapy
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state that occurs throughout the day. For instance, when you feel like you doze off into a dreamlike state, when you watch TV and you become unaware of your surroundings or when you are driving and become really focused on the road.
Hypnosis is not sleep, it is a state of hyper-awareness.
During a hypnosis session, you remain in control at all times, you remain conscious of what is going on, you are able to talk, move or go to the bathroom should the need arise.

How can hypnosis help you?
Hypnosis is one of the best tool to access your subconscious mind. By accessing the subconscious part of your mind you can become aware of unconscious self imposed limitations, address and heal self-sabotaging beliefs, thoughts, emotional patterns and behaviors.
A session can help you with:
-
self-esteem
-
release negative patterns or negative relationships
-
release anxiety and negative feelings
What to expect during a hypnotherapy session:
After a first guided relaxation, I will guide you to focus on your body and your feelings/sensations regarding your presenting issue.
We will address the beliefs that created your outlook on life and work on the sensitizing events that compounded these beliefs.
From then on we will work on releasing the negative feelings you might be experiencing so that you can begin to feel lighter and gain some clarity.
Using different hypnotic protocols I will then guide you through some healing visualizations and use affirmations to reinforce all the positive work you have done during your session.
